Solutions / Capital calls
Capital calls, with an agent doing the legwork
Aevus computes each LP’s share from commitments and terms, drafts the notices, and holds the call at an approval gate. Nothing goes to LPs or the bank until the right people sign off.

- Commitments and side letters loaded: Done412 LPs
- Pro-rata computed by engine: Done$24,800,000
- Notices drafted: Done
- CFO and controller approval: Waiting for approval1 of 2
What changes
Less copying between systems, more reviewing what matters
Today
- Allocation spreadsheets rebuilt every call
- Excusals and side letters checked by hand
- Notices proofed line by line
With Aevus
- Allocations computed from the commitment register
- Terms applied automatically and shown for review
- Named approval, and a second approver above your threshold
How it runs
Step by step
- Dual control above the thresholds you set
- Amounts computed by engine only
- Idempotent: a retry never issues a second call

- 1
Agent requests a call
Your agent submits the call amount and purpose. Aevus checks it is allowed to ask.
- 2
Commitments are loaded
Unfunded commitments, excusals and side-letter terms come from your LP records.
- 3
Allocations are computed
The engine calculates each LP’s share exactly, in integer cents, with every input shown.
- 4
Approvers sign off
The call waits at a gate until your named approvers sign off, with a second approver above the threshold you set.
- 5
Notices go out and are recorded
Notices are issued and the whole call is written to the audit ledger.

Security and control
The same controls on every workflow
Agents never compute money
Every amount, allocation and waterfall is calculated by tested, deterministic code.
People approve what can’t be undone
Money movement, filings and LP-facing sends wait at a gate for named approvers.
Everything is recorded
Each action writes an append-only record of its inputs, calculation, approver and time.
Data stays where it belongs
Hard tenant isolation, and LP data visible only to the people allowed to see it.
